TUITION

Tuition is divided into 4 equal quarterly installments.

Tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments.

The yearly tuition is calculated as follows:
Cost of Lesson x 36 lessons = Yearly tuition

Quarterly tuition fee:
Yearly tuition ÷ 4 = Amount due each quarter

30 minute lesson—$450 per quarter
45 minute lesson—$630 per quarter 
60 minute lesson—$810 per quarter

The quarterly installment is due on the first lesson day of September, November, January, and March.

The quarterly installment can be paid with cash, QuickPay, or personal check.
There is a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee for every returned check.
Extra lessons can be scheduled through special arrangement with the teacher.
Open enrollments with prorated tuition, so you may start lessons at anytime.

30 minute lesson—$50
45 minute lesson—$70
1 hour lesson—$90

STUDIO POLICIES

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Students are expected to demonstrate continued interest through their positive attitude during the lessons, regular weekly practice schedule and steady progress. Amount of practice required for each student varies due to age and level.

MAKE-UP LESSONS
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS: It is the responsibility of the student or the parent to notify the teacher for any cancellations at least 48 hours before the lesson time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the lesson and student will not be eligible for make-up lessons. There will be no tuition refunds for forfeited lessons. If a student or student’s parent cancels a lesson for any reason, the teacher will offer a make-up lesson time. If that time is declined for any reason, The lesson will be considered forfeited. All make-up lessons have to be done before the end of the semester.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The teacher will arrange and inform the students of the make-up lesson time.

PHOTO / VIDEO RELEASE
You or your child may be photographed or videotaped during recitals or private lessons. These photos and/or videos may be used for publication in print or on the web. In such cases, there will be no compensation, recognition, or acknowledgement to you.
